The idea of a family reunion has been in existence for a very long time. People are growing apart especially this age of technology. Most times its value is not felt. Reasons for people showing up for such events differ but it is good to know the importance of having it. Results that come with it are always positive as it insists on togetherness. For LDS family reunions to successfully take place, a plan must be made. Baring in mind the many factors that are crucial for it to actualize.

Organization should always be a key feature to begin with before anything else. Failing to plan is planning to fail as they say. For it to come out successfully, then a chairman ought to be selected from the members. Their role should be clearly stated in terms of what to plan, where, when and how. This post once given will be retained for a long time.

Time is a major aspect that should never be forgotten. Whenever people fail to show up for the get together, main reason is normally the timing. Therefore while laying the plan a holiday period especially weekends is the best time to have the reunion. This will actually increase the number of people who will show up.

They decide to show up just because the invite was inviting and catchy with a picture of a previous one. This will appeal emotionally to them.

With equipment the list of what is requires should be taken seriously because, that day is mainly meant to have fun. This equipment may include microphones, cameras, film projectors and even voice recorder. The occasion may not be interesting without them. For the children, selected games may be put up just to keep them busy and enjoying themselves altogether.

When the day of the reunion comes, since everyone is expecting to feel relaxed and comfortable but also having fun at the same time. For the same reason ball games such as basketball, volley ball, net ball are recommended . These games are viewed as interesting and involving.to mean everyone will have the chance of participating in it. The attention that it draws will enable new family members to mingle easily with the rest of the family.
